The last European round of the season means that Monza is party central or, more accurately, Milan. My arrival in Italy was delayed slightly due to an engagement in London on Thursday night, and my flight rather roundabout due to a stopover in Copenhagen, when I had a two hour window to see a chum in town and managed to squeeze five of our favourite ‘brown bars’ in that short space of time!

When I finally arrived in Milan at midnight it might have been wise to call it a night, but that would be to deny an epic day of adventure. The first thing I saw when I got downtown was this Fiat 500: Only in Italy.
Milan. Where else?
Several clubs are hosting back-to-back parties throughout the weekend and top of the list is GR1DCLUB, at Just Cavalli. It seems like only a few days ago that we were at their last bash – Budapest – and Sunday’s closer shares the same DJ line up: Giedo van der Garde and Erok.
Friday’s party, though, had a new face. T-Pain, he of big white shades and auto-tune fame, MC’d while the Roberto Cavalli Vodka flowed.
Third practice was not happening.
