The Killers are set to headline the Singapore Grand Prix’s musical line up, with other acts still TBA. It’ll be their first appearance in Singapore and, if memory recalls, the first time Brandon and the boys have been to a GP. They’re set to play on the Saturday night shortly after qualifying.
The Las Vegans (I mean, I don’t know their diet but I know where they’re from) will take to the Padang stage, which is the big one in Zone 4 by the Swissotel Stamford and turns 8, 9 and 14. If you have tickets to the GP, you have tickets to the gig.
Traditionally Singapore try to put on something for everyone, so expect more pop, ballad and R&B-type acts to join the line up. Last year they had Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and Noel Gallagher, the latter playing on a modest stage just minutes from the paddock to probably the smallest crowd since Oasis’s debut at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut (think the Cavern Club but with Glaswegians throwing glass bottles).
